A STUDIO WITH RANGE

Different tools.
A connected practice.

Explore what shapes the Sculpt environment. Each tool opens up a different way of working with resistance and control.

Movement from the ground up.

Mat formats use bodyweight and selected props, including light weights, bands and Pilates balls. The emphasis changes with the class you choose.

What makes it
BodybyLara?

PRECISION / RANGE / FLOW

A controlled mat plank combined with a light dumbbell row

Pilates precision.
Resistance in motion.

Lara’s method draws together Pilates, resistance work and dance influences. Movement travels through different directions, with posture and technique shaping the work.

On the mat, light weights and props add challenge to connected sequences. Springs Sculpt brings wall-mounted resistance into that movement vocabulary. The tool changes; attention to how you move remains central.

THE DETAILS THAT HELP

Before you
step onto the mat.

Do I need grip socks?

Grip socks are required for the Sculpt formats listed by CORE, including mat, barre, springs and slant board classes. Check the notes for your chosen session when booking.

Does low impact mean easy?

Low impact describes the movement style. Sculpt formats can still be high intensity, using controlled sequences, holds and resistance. Read the class description to understand the challenge.

Are all Sculpt classes heated?

No. Heated formats are identified in their names or class notes. Use the options above to explore the two environments, then confirm your selected session before booking.

Can I begin with any Sculpt format?

Experience requirements vary. BodybyLara Method³ is listed for experienced practitioners. If you are new or unsure which session suits you, contact CORE for guidance.
